职位描述

1. Supply Planning & Execution

⁃ Convert demand plans into 15-month rolling supply plan, coordinating production timelines and PO status via partnering with headquarter supply team and work with logistics team for product importation.

⁃ Monitor daily/weekly order fulfillment, resolving supply disruptions (e.g., customs delays, raw material shortages) through real-time escalation.

2. Inventory Optimization

⁃ Develop safety stock strategies and monitor inventory healthiness to reduce slow-moving inventory while maintaining optimal DOI (Days of Inventory).

⁃ Support DP to drive portfolio rationalization, managing phase-in/phase-out of products and packaging variants to minimize obsolescence risk.

⁃ Analyze E&O (Excess & Obsolete) stock, propose liquidation/digestion plans, and report inventory health metrics to senior management.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

⁃ Partner with Demand Planning to validate forecast accuracy and adjust supply plans based on market trends

⁃ Liaise with Quality Assurance for batch approval and with Logistics for temperature-controlled shipping of premium products.

任职条件

1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields.

2. 3+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand and supply planning experience. Experience in FMCG or beauty is preferred.

3. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and deadlines

4. Basic knowledge of SAP and other systems, proficient in Excel

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental collaboration and coordination.

6. Fluent in English (both oral & written)

7. Strong data analysis skills / Strong communication skills/Self-motivated and good team spirit/Market trend analysis
