Position Summary (岗位描述)

Provide sustaining engineering support to the manufacturing team. Weekly casting recipe and steering monitoring. Support on customer sample, evaluations and projects on optical yield, quality and cost improvement. Lead continuous improvement projects and technical enhancement.

为产线正常运转提供持续的技术支持；每周产线生产配方维护和产出结果监控；客户样品提供；主导光学良率提升、质量提升及成本优化项目及验证。

Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Provide sustaining engineering support to the manufacturing team through detailed failure analysis, technical support, and training support to resolve issues in a timely fashion.

通过具体的不良分析、技术支持、培训支持，及时向产线提供持续的技术支持，及时处理产线异常。

2. Provide casting attachment by weekly according to DA plan and steering related system maintenance, eg. STDB.

根据每周生产计划维护产线点胶配方并维护配方相关系统，监控产出结果。

3. Involve in product steering related activities to fulfill customer requirement and evaluations.

根据客户要求为产线生产及验证批次提供配方支持。

4. Daily monitoring, data analysis and disposition of maverick lots / low yield lots.

日常监控、数据分析及处理产线不良、异常及低良批次。

5. Lead and work on continuous improvement project to simplify/improve the flow/system which can reduce the system loopholes or ease the daily task.

主导持续改善项目简化/优化生产流程/系统流程，以减少产线系统漏洞以及简化日常工作，提高工作效率。

6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

主管安排的其他任务。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronic or related.

本科及以上学历，电子/电气/机械电子等相关专业。

2. 3-5 years Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

3-5年相关工作经验，半导体行业经验优先。

3. English as working language.

良好的英语能力。

4. Data analysis capability.

良好的数据分析能力。

5. Teamwork, good communication skill, logic thinking and fast learner.

擅长团队合作及沟通，具备逻辑思维及快速学习的能力。
