1.Be the Simultaneous Engineering partner from the factories site from the beginning of development of

new technologies/platforms/products.

2.Provide lessons learned output from existing production as feedback for new products to avoid

make failures twice and reject designs that are known to be not production capable.

提供现有产品的经验教训并反馈到新产品，避免再次发生相同的问题。

3.Lead new product/ marital /technology safe launch and release to mass production.

领导新产品/材料/技术安全试产并且转量产。

4.Define and monitor new product safe launch, identify and close monitoring of critical parameters.

定义监控新产品安全试产，识别并解决关键参数问题。

5.Yield development after hand over to production and define yield improvement roadmap for

new technologies/ platforms/products.

转量产后良率的提升，针对新的技术、平台、产品定义新项目良率策略。

6.Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

直属经理交代的其他任务。

1. At least 3 years working experience in manufacture company and 1 year semiconductor area.

3年以上制造业工作经验，2年以上半导体工作经验。

2. Bachelor’s degree or above.

本科及以上学历。

3. Good written and spoken in Chinese and English.

熟练的中英文读写能力。

4. Good presentation skills, able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.

良好的表达能力, 抗压能力强并且能够及时作出改变。
