Job Description

In your new role you will:

1) Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

2) Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources.

3) Prepares production reports. Drives the sites for optimized performance of all resources (invest, material, headcount) to achieve overall cluster productivity targets in alignment with the Business Divisions. Supports the Cluster Boards on strategic topics (bluebook, site strategy, TCR)

4) Drive optimization and harmonization planning related activities to improve planning efficiency and effectiveness.

5) Project management to secure site Wuxi new products introduction contribute for biz growth;

6) Responsible for team competency and people development to ensure continuality and sustainability of team processes.

7) Manage relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on target readiness.

8) Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1)Bachelor‘s Degree and above.

2) Fluent English skills; Excellent communication (verbal and written) competencies.

3) The ability to understand and structure complex situations.

4) Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises, complex support, production or operations team(s).

5) 9+ years relevant working experience, there of 3+ years relevant management experience.
