SIEMENS PLM systeam Teamcenter global 3rd level support:
•Providing 3rd level technical support and assistance to DPnE end users and resolving system-related issues;
•Monitoring DPnE system service and hardware infrastructure availability performance;
•Developing and maintaining Teamcenter system documentation and standard operating procedures;
SIEMENS PLM systeam Teamcenter Administration:
•Be able installing, configuring, and maintaining the Siemens Teamcenter application and its related
Infrastructure components:
•Be able troubleshooting system performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability;
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement DPnE Teamcenter version upgrades and enhancements;
•Implementing security measures and best practices to protect the integrity of the system and its data;
•Contributing to projects for Siemens Teamcenter continuous application development by taking over responsibility for defined project work packages (e.g. research and innovation, process automation, application testing).
Infrastructure
•Strong knowledge of system infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networking;
•Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning;
•Experience in using mainstream cloud platform services, such as Microsoft Azure, Ali Cloud will be a plus.
Programming
•Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for system administration, eg. Shell, Python, PowerShell, Jenkins Pipeline, etc;
•Practical experience with AIOPS and DEVOPS concepts will be a plus;
PLM/PDM
•Proven experience as a PLM/PDM Application Administrator, eg Windchill , SmarTeam Enovia , Teamcenter or others;
•Preferable with the Siemens Teamcenter application knowledge will be a plus;
•Excellent Database managemnet skill, good at SQL query, cluster setup, backup and recovery. eg MySQL, SQLServer, Oracle;
