您将负责提供人力资源运营服务,同时根据业务需求,提供优化服务流程的建议。
工作内容:
· 提供从员工入职到离职的人力资源运营服务,包括但不仅限解答员工问询、假期管理、员工福利、证明、工伤、离职等。同时协调供应商提供相关支持,跟踪及推动进展,确保完成度和良好的员工体验。
· 熟练运用相关系统,维护人力资源主数据系统,确保数据准确性和及时性,并实时对数据进行审核。
· 为保证更好的员工体验,对流程及系统优化提出建议。
· 与其他人力资源团队密切协作,建立良好的工作关系,积极主动,善于合作。
· 保持积极正向的态度,在处理冲突、解决问题时寻求共赢。
· 遵守公司及人力资源部门各项政策规定。
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing human resources operation services and offering suggestions for optimizing service processes based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate and deliver HR Operations services from onboarding till separation, including but not limited to answer cast query, leave management, benefit, work injury, certificates. Working with the vendor to prepare the required document and tracking/drive all status until completion and continuously enhance a positive Cast experience.
· Maintain WD/SAP system for whole work life cycle activities, ensure correctness and timely input, and perform required audit steps.
· Make recommendations to process and system enhancement for a better Cast experience.
· Work closely with Shanghai Disney Resort other HR functions, keep a good relationship with up and downstream work partners, and being an active team player.
· Positive thinking and work towards a win-win solution when there is a conflict or problem needs to be solved.
· Adhere to all company personnel policies and handbooks.
· 拥有本科及以上学历,人力资源专业优先。
· 拥有2年以上人力资源工作经验,有迪士尼实习经验优先。
· 具备熟练的中英文表达及沟通能力。
· 具备良好的计算机技能(Excel, Word, PowerPoint),能熟练使用Excel软件优先。
· 工作认真仔细、有条不紊的同时,能够迅速适应和应对变化。
· 能够与其他团队和演职人员进行有效的沟通。
· 以身作则,并在客户服务的过程中传承并发扬上海迪士尼度假区的价值观。
· 能够在快速变化的工作环境中同时处理多项任务。
· 能够保持高度机密性。
· College degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferable.
· 2 year working experience in the HR area is a plus and a Disney internship experience will be plus.
· Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent Excel skills will be a plus.
· Detail-oriented; ability to work in an organized and logic manner and with the flexibility to adapt to change when necessary.
· Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with other teams and Cast Members.
· Ability to exemplify the values of the Shanghai Disney Resort and share those values with clients and team.
· Ability to work multi-tasking in a dynamic work environment.
· Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
