岗位概要: Key Performance Area

To support demand planning function in Shop on daily basis which covers data analytics and forecast activities; be able to explain what's been changed over time.

Key Job Responsibility

1、To support the development and submission of seasonal / monthly forecasts and driving data analytics for corresponding categories.

支持开发和提交季节/月度预测并推动相应类别的数据分析。

2、To collaborate with Commercial teams on validating forecast assumption, be able to identify differences and problems while help supporting managers for driving alignment & decision making

与业务团队合作以验证预测正确率，能够识别差异和问题，同时帮助支持经理进行调整和决策

3、Actively manage demand forecast by region for assigned products adjusting per latest sales trends and based on the feedback from our cross-functional colleagues. Use all available tools to assure proper communication to colleagues.

根据我们跨部门同事的反馈，根据最新的销售趋势，主动管理按地区划分的对分配产品的需求预测。使用所有可用的工具来确保与同事的及时沟通。

4、Responsible to collect data source from Sales and Finance and create monthly report by channel by product，analyze datasets on business needs and inquiries and create/enhance report/dashboard

负责从销售和财务部门收集数据源，并按渠道按产品创建月度报告，分析有关业务需求和查询的数据集，并创建/视觉增强报告/仪表图

5、Based on the history and trend, track and warn the discrepancy of allocation and consumption of raw materials in market activities

基于历史及趋势，对市场活动原料预测、分配、领用和耗用追踪及预警。

6、Regular quantitative analysis of sales category, showing the classification cycle performance, and the gap with expectations, to provide data analysis support for long-term category strategy

对商品销售品类表现常态定量分析，展现分类周期表现，与预期的差距，为品类策略提供数据分析支持。

At least 2 years working experience in sales and business analysis or data analytical role.

至少2年销售和业务分析或数据分析角色的工作经验。

bachelor's degree (or higher) in statistics, applied mathematics, data science, finance, accounting or similar

统计学、应用数学、数据科学、财务、会计学或相关专业本科以上学历

Excellent analytical skills and well-organized in preparing materials & various reports.

出色的分析能力，并在组织材料和各种报告方面井井有条。

Good communication skills, good English skills in oral and written

良好的沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical reasoning
