- set up annually business and investment strategy to service business growth and OP achievement

2. Business target achievement and business analysis

- SO and SI chase up

- ongoing analysis of key business metrics including traffic, conversion, and product matrix performance and make optimization plan to maximize sales

- track and analyze competitors’ performance and key actions, take learnings to drive brand business

3. Cost management

- deliver cost plan to maximize business growth and efficiency improvement, and management cost to deliver

OP result

4. Product and sample management for FCST and inventory

5. Management of online retailer partnerships

- manage TP to deliver business result by consolidating brand guideline and business growth need

- work closely with platform to get a clear understanding of platform beauty trend change and to strive resources

1. With a bachelor’s degree or above

2. Data analysis / Communication

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
