Key Responsibility:
•Lead analyze and interpret regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks.
•Develop the ADAS technologies strategy to align with market and technical requirements.
•Define clear and detailed ADAS product specifications to guide development.
•Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the progression /evolution of ADAS technologies &features.
•Lead implementation of ADAS solutions into vehicle programs, including feasibility study/effort scoping.
•Act as the tech planning liaison for joint development projects with tech partners and coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies into cohesive solutions.
•Work closely with the Global tech planning team to facilitate the adoption of global ADAS solutions on China-manufactured vehicles.
•Work closely with purchasing& engineering team to understand mainstream partners options & cost.
Qualifications
•Master /Bachelor
•5+ years in autonomous systems, ADAS Planning, ADAS product owner.
•Deep ADAS/AD technical knowledge (sensors, algorithms, safety)
•Strong market & competitive analysis skills
•Ability to translate engineering into business strategy
