Key Job Accountabilities
1. Be familiar with credit management and customer accounts receivable management.
2. Understand the order process and expense settlement, especially the settlement for KA customers and giant retailers.
3. Have experience in managing major customers in Hong Kong, such as Lane Crawford and Manning.
4. Identify solution to meet customers’ requirement in accordance with Supply Chain and the Customer Care policy and priorities.
5. Ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-cash process including payment collection and reconciliation in full conformity with the company rules.
6. Ensure the execution of the credit policy defined with the company financial and controlling standard.
7. Develop the collaboration with external customers and internal functions.
