KOL Management & Medical Engagement:
Coordinate scientific meetings, symposia, congresses, and medical scientific exchange activities to enhance value in the therapy area
Develop strategic engagement plans for country-level medical events and ensure efficient, compliant execution of medical affairs plans.
Clinical Development & Research Support:
Provide medical/scientific input into clinical trial/research activities, including initiation and oversight of clinical studies.
Support strategy development for Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) and ensure alignment with therapeutic objectives.
Medical Information & Communication:
Ensure high-quality, timely responses to medical inquiries in line with applicable standards
Develop standardized FAQs and response documents for recurring questions.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance:
Coordinate review/approval of medical and promotional materials to ensure compliance with local/global guidelines, tailor global/ regional materials to local needs.
Provide medical insights to cross-functional teams (e.g., Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Commercial).
Risk Management & Internal Controls:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the scope of responsibilities; implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
