• 负责建立和完善新研发产品及迭代产品的成本核算体系，确保成本数据的准确性和及时性

Responsible for establishing and improving the cost calculation system for new R&D products and iterative products, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cost data.

• 跟踪和分析产品研发过程中的成本变化，提供成本预测和优化建议，确保产品售价能够及时调整以应对市场竞争

Track and analyze cost changes during the product development process, provide cost forecasts and optimization suggestions, and ensure that product prices can be adjusted in a timely manner to respond to market competition.

• 协助研发部门制定成本中心年度预算，并跟踪研发部门费用的实际支出与计划支出的偏差并建议纠正措施

Assist the R&D department in formulating the annual budget for the cost center, and track the actual expenditures of the R&D department against the planned expenditures and suggest corrective measures.

• 主导持续降本项目，推进有降本潜力的措施尽快落地并在产品成本中体现。

Lead the continuous cost-down projects, promote measures with cost-saving potential to be implemented as soon as possible and reflected in serial product costs.

• 与研发、生产、采购等部门紧密合作，确保成本数据的透明化和可追溯性

Work closely with departments such as R&D, production, and procurement to ensure the transparency and traceability of cost data.

• 定期向CEO以及各个职能领导汇报成本管理和费用优化的工作进展和成果

Regularly report to the CEO and the functional heads on the progress and results of cost management and expense optimization.

• 准备相关的分析报告和决策支持材料，为高层管理提供数据支持和建议

Prepare relevant analysis reports and decision-supported materials to provide data support and recommendations for Top management.

• 按业务需求，完成直接主管分配的其他任务

Support to complete the other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement

1、本科及以上学历，德国留学背景优先

Bachelor's degree or above, study experience abroad in Germany preferred.

2、财务、会计、经济学、工程管理或相关专业优先

Priority will be given to candidates with a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering Management, or related fields.

3、至少3年以上成本管理、财务分析或相关领域的工作经验

At least 3 years of work experience in cost management, financial analysis, or related fields

4、有制造业或标准化装备制造业背景者优先

Preference given to those with a background in manufacturing or standardized equipment manufacturing.

5、熟悉产品物料清单结构优先

Familiarity with product BoM structure is preferred.

6、Knowledge and skills:

①.熟练掌握成本核算和财务分析工具，如Excel、SAP、PowerBI等

Familiar with cost accounting and financial analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, PowerBI, etc.

②.具备较强的数据分析和问题解决能力

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

③.优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与各部门有效合作

Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effective collaboration across departments.

④.具备项目管理经验，能够推动跨部门项目的实施

Be good at project management experience and the ability to drive cross-departmental project implementation

⑤.细致、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力

6、较强的英语口头和书面沟通能力，德语优先
