Strategic Development & Improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class operations roadmaps
• Create and implement global and regional operations strategies
• Develop processes, blueprints, SOPs and training materials
• Identify and incorporate internal and external best practices
• Facilitate workshops to define business needs and identify performance improvement opportunities
• Provide strategic advice on investments in systems, tools and consultancy support

Initiative Implementation

• Lead global rollout plans across the organization
• Develop site and region-specific project roadmaps
• Support optimization through coaching, training and workshop facilitation
• Manage energy efficiency projects
• Conduct benchmarking in production, energy use and sustainability initiatives

Performance Monitoring

• Develop energy and sustainability dashboards
• Create monitoring processes to track implementation and target achievement
• Conduct process reviews and operational assessments
• Measure and track financial benefits of projects
• Identify and implement continuous improvement measures

Capability Building

• Contribute to operational blueprint documents and training materials
• Coach and advise site and operations managers on implementation
• Screen and evaluate next-generation production systems
• Partner with business unit managers to develop leading operations organizations

• Degree in Engineering and/or Science with relevant Operations experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional business experience in B2B environment, ideally with strategic or Operations experience at managerial level
• 5 years experience in chemical industry (production environment)
• Team leadership experience
• Project management experience with larger initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• PMP certification
• Strong knowledge of production systems, energy efficiency and sustainability practices
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Willingness to travel
