1.Generally be responsible for project technical parts during proposal and execution phase;
2.Acquiring agreement with cooperative department on schedules and resource plans for bid preparation;
3.Coordinating the activities of those involved in bid preparation;
4.Determining bid cost and creating the bid calculation with support of BA and sales;
5.Preparing and completing of proposals as well as optimized solution for customers with BA;
6.Preparing and conducting technical clarification with customers (single line diagram, requirements of secondary part, etc.) in case of order;
7.Internal project controlling (schedules, cost including primary and secondary, quality, etc.);
8.Clarifying all detail requirement with Order Engineer to assure a correct production;
9.Order placement management (strictly consideration of the purchasing/supplier’s strategy) to Order Engineer;
10.Preparing and regularly updating project planning (cost calculation, project schedule);
11.Coordinating Customer Service engineer after delivery on site;
12.Change management and risk management during project implementation;
13.Completing projects close out.
1.At least two years working experience in technical support and project management;
2.Professional expertise in medium voltage switchgear;
3.Basic commercial knowledge;
4.Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written/spoken);
5.Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
6.Highly self-motivated and directed, and keen attention to detail;
7.Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment;
8.Bachelor degree and major in Electrical Engineering;
