Job Summary/Purposes
As the HR leader for Miu Miu Retail China, you will architect and drive the people agenda for our store network, enabling commercial success through organizational excellence. Partnering with retail leadership and group COEs, you will translate Miu Miu’s global vision into localized talent strategies that elevate service culture, future-proof leadership pipelines, and accelerate business growth in a dynamic luxury market.
Core Responsibilities
1.Business-Aligned People Strategy
- Shape and execute the China HR strategy for Miu Miu Retail, ensuring alignment with brand commercial objectives and global people priorities.
- Diagnose organizational capabilities gaps and co-create solutions with business leaders to enhance store performance and agility.
2.Talent & Leadership Architecture
- Build future-ready leadership: Partner with COEs to design succession frameworks, accelerate high-potential development, and ensure robust pipelines for critical roles (Store Managers/Area Directors).
- Optimize workforce scalability: Architect headcount and labor models balancing productivity, service excellence, and total cost objectives.
3.Culture & Change Leadership
- Champion Miu Miu’s distinctive identity by embedding brand values into employee experiences and service behaviors.
- Lead change initiatives to drive commercial outcomes.
4.Performance Ecosystem
- Design and deploy performance enablement frameworks that link individual goals to store KPIs (sales, NPS, retention).
- Advise leaders on reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain luxury retail talent.
