主要职责
Main Duties
1、协助大堂吧经理确保根据确定的经营理念高效管理餐厅,始终提供周到、专业、高效和灵活的服务。
To assist the The Lounge Manager in ensuring that the The Lounge is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
2、确保餐饮部员工提供热情、高品质的服务以满足客人需求。
One should ensure our associates (service) are always reachable while it is needed by customers and show passion to provide our authentic service.
3、确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
4、协助大堂吧经理达到月度和年度个人目标和餐厅营业收入。
Assists the The Lounge Manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the The Lounge’s revenue.
5、对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives.
6、确保餐厅的前、后区域的洁净有序。
Ensures that the The Lounge is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
7、餐厅副经理不在岗时，就每日的准备、服务和菜单为员工召开班前例会。
In the absence of Assistant Manager - The Lounge, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and menu.
8、协助与厨房针对每日营运和质量控制密切沟通。
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
