-Develop strategic capability to create product/services roadmaps from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and business process change.

-Incubate and adopt emerging technologies and launch product /services faster with rapid prototyping and iterative methods to prove and establish value. For identified technologies, launch to enterprise scale ensuring value is derived.

-Focus and align innovation efforts with the Business strategy, IT strategy and legal/regulatory requirements.

-Establish and update strategies, implementation plans and value cases to implement emerging technologies.

-Drive innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners and tools.

-Identify and develop digital capabilities and ecosystem partnerships in alignment with Digital strategy and in support of TSA and Enterprise Innovation.

Major accountabilities:

•Has end to end accountability for services and product or project incubated, established delivered across cross functional business areas.

•Approves strategic and investment plans

•Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions

•Take decisions on the resource and capacity plans in line with Business priorities and strategies and close collaboration with delivery teams

•Decides on continuous improvement within the team

•Decides on the program timeline, governance and deployment strategy

•In strong partnership with China business and global business/IT Product Lines, define, manage, prioritize, align and deliver on Strategic Initiatives

•Ensure communication and transparency through regular operational reviews to provide full visibility and alignment on priorities, outcomes and key results

•Collaborate and coordinate with business partners on product roadmap to ensure business objectives are met, plus Global Product alignment on overall plan

•Responsible for creating and review of Vendor SOWs for work product directly related to Product and Development deliverables

•Monitor and govern the implementation of the approved technical designs and drive innovation roadmaps

•Monitor efforts and facilitate activities to ensure successful, timely, and quality project deliverables

Additional Specification:

•Partnering with business, accountable for respective China for China products end to end including design, build and run

•Manage on-demand global products implementation, value creation and customer success

•Focus and align innovation efforts with the Business strategy, IT strategy and legal/regulatory requirements.

•Drive innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools.

Education & Qualification:

•Strong business mindset, data driven, clearly understand China digital landscape, experience of healthcare industry is a plus

•Ability to build good relationships with business stakeholders, speaking the same “language”

•10+ year experience on one or many of business partner, solution delivery, application operations and product management, proven track record

•Proven track record of managing technical projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members

•Proficiency in English required

•Familiarity with China-specific technical requirements and regulations

•Working knowledge of PMP, SDLC, Agile

•An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across groups

•Pro-active problem-solving abilities

•Ability to prioritize and manage others in addition to projects in a fast-paced environment

•University Degree and/or relevant experience and professional qualifications
