Key responsibilities
1. Performance & Sales Strategy
- Analyze all relevant KPIs and implement all necessary actions with the aim of elevate the client engagement and boost sales performance. Such as sales KPIs, sell-through, client repeat rate, link/cross sale, new product/slow mover/High value sales push, peak. holiday sales and etc to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop store-specific action plans to address performance gaps in all categories.
- Partner with Merchandising to align inventory with local client preferences.
- Ad-hoc sales analysis
2. Retail activation in events
- Coordinating with boutique managers on end-to-end planning/execution of VIP events (launches, private viewings, trunk shows, in store events, CRM events, HJ events,etc)
- Coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising and Retail teams on event organization, inventory, and client outreach
- Assist to oversee on-site execution (staffing, VM, hospitality) to ensure flawless luxury experiences.
- Assist on post-event follow-up (new client acquisition, sales uplift) and refine strategies.
3. Retail CRM & Clienteling Integration
- Train and coach store teams on CRM best practices:
- Collaborate with CRM/Marketing teams to align loyalty programs with in-store execution
4. Operational Excellence
- Conduct & implement the overall retail excellence strategy in China, special projects, operating plan and budget.
- Implement retail standard in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure consistency with overall image and service standard of the brand
- Being analytical and partner with retail training, retail OP team to take solid action plan in achieving retail excellence
- Well-versed with best practices and sharing with Regional and HQ team.
