1.与会议宴会销售总监一起确保全面实施所有与会议宴会相关的凯悦会议宴会标准;
To work with the Director of Event Sales to ensure all Hyatt Events Standards relating to Events are fully implemented;
2.与会议宴会销售团队一起负责将所有电话询价转变成直接收入;
Together with your Event Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads;
3.监督所有成员,确保他们始终履行品牌承诺,并提供优越的客户服务;
To monitor all associates to ensure they deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times;
4.确保部门的工作分配方式使得各会议宴会客户均可获得及时、贴心和高度个人化的服务;
To ensure the department’s workload is distributed in such a way that each Events client receives prompt, caring and highly personalized service;
5.在职位方面不断地指导并发展团队,为团队成员提供其它学习和发展机会。
To continuously seek to coach and develop your team on the job and by providing other Learning & Development opportunities for your team.
1 3年以上五星级酒店销售经理/高级销售经理岗位工作经验;
At least 3 years' working experience as sales manager/ Senior Sales Manager in chain hotel;
2 具有团队协作能力和管理能力;
Teamwork ability and management ability.
3 有较强的创新意识和创新思维;
Have a strong sense of innovation and innovative thinking.
4 出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力;
Excellent communication, planning, management and problem-solving skills.
5 对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性;
Good sensitivity to market changes.
6 具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
