KA/CS Channel Management.
- Work closely with offline KA/CS channel teams and brand marketing team to develop annual trade marketing plan, channel promotion calendar and activities that in line with brand strategy and sales target achievement.
- Optimize trade resources and manage trade budget with ROI.
Sales and Operations Management.
- Regularly analyze sales data, evaluate the implementation effect of sales plans, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Be responsible for project sales review, inventory management, cost payment, product application, and other daily operation tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Optimize daily operation decisions driven by data to achieve sales growth.
ROI management.
- Manage KA/CS channel budget, ensuring trade activity and investment plan is fully aligned with company channel strategy, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
Business Insight and Optimization.
- Track business trends through data analysis, identify business opportunities, and drive rapid business development. - Regularly conduct reviews and reports to support proactive proposals and data analysis, and continuously optimize the operation performance.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years experiences in KA/CS trade marketing, familiar with offline retail operation, Cosmetics-related experience
- Skillful at office tools like excel, PPT, and presentation skill is a plus.
- Team Player and cooperation for whole brand development
- Pursue challenge and self-improvement.
- Good Business and Marketing Sense
- Good in English (CET 6/BEC /TEM-4, etc),
