职位描述

Performance Achievement & Therapist Training

- Develop and execute Cabin performance enhancement plans to achieve sales targets

- Improve Therapist’s service capabilities through professional treatment protocol training to directly drive Cabin business growth

- Motivate therapists to enhance service quality and drive business growth through premium services

- Monitor and optimize Cabin service processes to improve customer conversion and repurchase rates

Certification & Skill Development

- Provide appropriate skill certifications for therapists

- Collaborate closely with training team to enhance and adapt service programs according to facial and body treatment trends and local market needs

- Maintain reports to monitor therapist performance, set measurable goals and KPIs, and develop therapists' skills and capabilities

Operations & Brand Standards

- Ensure all Cabins maintain a premium client environment: comfortable and tidy treatment rooms, readily available products, and clean, fully stocked product displays

- Maintain thorough understanding of all promotions and special events

- Support luxurious treatment room and client experience by providing positive feedback and improvement suggestions.

 

(Assistant Manager) Project Management & Development

- Work closely with line manager to support all aspects of China Cabin projects, including creating new protocols and training curricula for Cabins and Spas

- Develop new protocols for Cabin services as needed

- Collaborate with Training and Marketing team to understand new product launches and ongoing support for existing products, incorporating new products into existing protocols or creating new protocols as required

任职条件

Core Competencies:

- Well-versed in best-in-class treatment protocols and market trends

- Proven classroom training experience and excellent verbal communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, adaptability to change, and strong team player

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel

- College diploma or above

- 4+ years experience in premium retail, spa/hospitality or luxury services

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel

- Basic English spoken language and communication.

- Willingness to travel 40% for field coaching
