JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title : Wholesale Manager
Location : Shanghai China
Reports to : Wholesale Associate Director
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales performance (order-taking, sell-in and sell out) in WHS network to achieve wholesale objectives
• Responsible for Montblanc China Corporate Gift business
• Visit BTQ & partners regularly and follow up on the related issues (Sales, VM, Activation, market trend and competitor’s activities, etc.) and give advice to the front line.
• Responsible to work with retailers & landlords to plan, negotiate and execute brand elevation network plan
• Monitor retailers inventory status and secure novelty launch in time, best-seller in BTQ
• Maintain excellent working relationship with retailers and their staff
• Ensure comprehensive brand and product training at distribution network
• Assist in preparation of monthly sales forecast and yearly budget
• Follow-up accounts receivable on monthly basis and ensure timely collection.
• Analyse market developments and cooperate with Wholesale Director to update corporate wholesale strategy and planning.
• Prepare necessary materials for weekly & monthly sales meeting with Management.
Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in retail or wholesale for durable/luxury goods
