1.Process Automation Design & Development: Develop business process automation solutions based on business needs, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance support (e.g., UiPath and Mendix).

2.BI Solution Design & Development: Lead the design and development of medium to complex, cross-functional BI solutions, including gathering and analyzing business and user needs, recommending optimal BI tools, and hands-on creation/enhancement of visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, KNIME).

3.User Enablement & Support: Conduct training, deliver demos, guide business users on self-service analytics, and troubleshoot performance issues in reports and dashboards.

4.Documentation & Project Contribution: Create and update design, testing, and training documentation, while actively participating in multiple tasks/projects as a team member.

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.

2. Digitalization & Development Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing digitalization solutions, automation, or programs.

3. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in the following technologies:

o RPA/Automation: UiPath

o Scripting/Programming: Python, VBA, SQL, Javascript, R

o Business Intelligence: Power BI, Qlik Sense, KNIME, .Net

o Low-Code Development: Mendix

o Database Management: MySQL, SQL Server

4. Project Management: Proven project management capabilities.

5. Data Platform Knowledge: Experience working with SAP, SAP Data Lake, and Snowflake.

6. Soft Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and logical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a high degree of ownership and accountability.

7. Language Proficiency: Fluent reading and written English communication skills are essential.
