Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 5 years relevant experience at social interaction /creative agencies or branding. You have strong familiarity with digital marketing practices cross categories. You are confident with resourceful approach to work and in dealing with a wide range of internal and external contacts, with the ability to work flexibly in a pressurized environment and the agility to handle a varied, diverse and full workload. You have excellent writing and editing skills in English and Chinese, and proficient in & Power Point and Excel. 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to LECOLE Communication Manager. You will be responsible for L'ÉCOLE China social accounts (own social management) and paid social platform/KOL/KOC management, as well as content creation of digital touchpoints and media buying. Expand L'ÉCOLE social media landscape in China, leverage media and digital to develop public’s awareness of jewelry culture and consolidate L’ÉCOLE’s identity and missions in China, to engage and expand the L’ÉCOLE community. In this function:

• You will understand China digital media landscape and consumer behaviour, maintain and set-up LECOLE China digital platforms and social accounts (WeChat Official Account, WeChat Mini-Program, WeChat Video Channel, WeChat Livestreaming, The Little Red Book, BiliBili, Podcast, Website, etc.).
• You will initiate social campaigns planning and implement flawless execution. Manage China social media calendar and its updates with social media agency, and ensure the agency’s timely creative development, production and HQ’s validation. Follow up with HQ calendar to conduct the Online Conversation Livestreaming every month. Provide monthly learning on social media & mini program and recommend on next steps as optimizations.
• You will manage media agency to develop and deliver LECOLE China’s communications about online media planning (Digital, Social, SEM) in accordance with LECOLE’s DNA. Regularly review the media ROI to maximize editorial opportunity. Proactively challenge media agency and vendors for improvements in order to work collaboratively with in achieving the internal KPIs.
• You will assist in communication plans on projects, events and exhibition launches and delivers an effective, concise and consistent strategic approach. Ad-hoc support on project base, e.g., press interviews, photo / video shootings, as well as event preparation and on-site event management.
• You are able to integrate and analyze data, with data insights and sensitivity. You have basic technical knowledge to build social CRM frameworks and willing to develop in the scope of e-CRM.
