1 Responsible for regularly communicating with distributors to ensure sales target achievement through an efficient distribution management;
2 To collect monthly sales data from distributors and ensure its accuracy and their inventory, give the report on monthly basis;
3 Responsible for monitoring performances of the sales people in product line vs personal target and give feedback to the manager;
4 Handling contracts, orders, and shipments, give the status report to the manager on monthly basis;
5 To assist in setting up distributors & sales & products database;
6 To regularly update sales policies as well as competitors' information in order to identify business opportunities;
7 To facilitate and assist local sales team in promotion and education activities;
8 Coordinate with internal departments (i.e. Logistic, Marketing, RA) and customers regarding the contract terms & conditions and ensure all compliant with the company’s control policies and guidelines;
9 Assisting the sales team for the business travelling and expense claims submissions.
10 Province procurement platform management.
11 Responsible for local office administration and related process(Can contact the property management or other relevant departments)
a. Administration Expense management
b. Office attendance management and analysis.
c. Maintenance and purchase of office water, coffee machines, consumables, cleaning supplies, medicines, and office supplies;
d. Daily maintenance of office plants and supervision of daily cleaning
e. Printer maintenance, offline management of the IS computer room, and equipment debugging and maintenance in meeting rooms: Ensure that all departments can use screen projection, video, etc. normally during meetings. Follow up on any damage for repair.
f. Organize and prepare the office New Year's Eve dinner in accordance with the company's standards, including location selection and on-site decoration, meal selection, activity project selection and raffle gift selection and setting, etc
12 Support National team’s work, such as making reports, organize meeting, data collection and other tasks mentioned in items 1-9
1. Bachelor degree major in General Administration, Language, Accounting or Economy related
2. At least 2 years’ relevant experience
3. Basic knowledge of contract law, international and local trade affairs preferred
4. Good command of English in written and basic command in oral
5. Good command of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
6. Able to work under pressure to meet the schedule and work independently
7. Good teamwork and quick learning capability
