About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Associate Manager to join our East Region marketing team in Shanghai.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between business strategy and marketing execution — and finds joy in turning a good idea into something tangible and impactful. You’ll help bring our brand to life through B2B trade shows, industry events, and customer joint marketing programs, while also supporting social engagement and communications.

Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Show & Event Execution
· Lead planning and execution of key B2B trade shows and customer events in the region.
· Manage vendors, booth logistics, on-site engagement activities, and post-event tracking.
· Ensure consistency in brand presentation and key messaging across all event touchpoints.
2. Value Chain Joint Marketing
· Support the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns with key customers.
· Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Track performance and capture success stories for future amplification.
3. B2B Content & Communications
· Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, product decks, sell sheets, and interactive assets.
· Maintain alignment with global branding and messaging.
· Help organize internal webinars, workshops, and customer-facing sessions in hybrid formats.
4. Web & Social Management
· Assist in managing Chinese website and WeChat content calendars for B2B engagement.
· Collaborate on B2B social campaigns and customer relationship projects.
5. Budget & Vendor Management & Reporting
· Assist in tracking project budgets and reconciling expenses reports.
· Coordinate vendor setup invoice processing, and payment tracking.
· Maintain program calendars, campaign trackers, and marketing budget records.
· Prepare updates and post-mortems for internal reporting.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, either in a corporate marketing team or an advertising agency or possess an equivalent combination of such experience.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Proven experience with trade shows and customer marketing programs.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
· Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
· Experience working in a regional or global matrix environment.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
· Experience in social media or digital marketing tools for B2B (e.g., WeChat, Mini-program, live-streaming, website).
· Familiar with textile industry, or apparel business is a plus.
· A B2B2C marketing experience seen as a value add.
· Ability to create local assets and B2B selling tools with creative and aesthetic sensibility.
