The Regional Marketing Associate Manager B2C will be responsible for creating, integrating and executing a wide range of brand & consumer facing marketing programs under a B2B2C model. This role requires close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and brand partners to plan and deliver joint marketing campaigns, manage brand social channels, translate product functional features into compelling consumer-facing communication, and ensure all activities align with global brand strategies. The ideal candidate must have an appetite to create new ideas, stay curious of the marketing trends, and be a strong team player who works effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals while protecting and growing brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- To understand business objectives and opportunities, support line manager with ideas and actions to develop integrated marketing communication tactics and plans to achieve results in line with business and commercial objectives. Support to achieve long-term value creation.
- Initiate and support joint marketing programs for various segments, optimize marketing tactics and matrix to fulfill the communication objectives, connect and build network with brand partners to identify opportunities, and to facilitate smooth communication and excellent execution, ensure mutual satisfaction on expectations.
- Plan and manage daily content for the brand-owned social channels (e.g., official WeChat, Red); collaborate with agencies on social tactics such as managing KOLs and influencers to expand brand reach and engagement among target consumers.
- Monitor social and media trends, to identify key insights and opportunities that help optimize regional marketing strategies and executions.
- Measure and report performance, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Coordinate and integrate efforts with other marketing, sales and business unit personnel and cross-functional teams, build a strong network with superior synergy.
- To learn and understand technical concepts, support for new technology/platform localization and adaptation, translate technical features and benefits into consumer-friendly messages and creative contents such as sales tools / presentations / leaflets / consumer facing claims / social posts / multi-media releases, etc.
- Support line manager and team to build competitive advantage, share best knowledge and keep learning, stay on top of the market trend, build marketing excellence of LYCRA® brand and BSP brands.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality execution, proper briefing, on-time delivery, and effective performance tracking. Oversee internal processes such as IO/PR/PO and payment.
- Protect our brands and IP, strengthen brand assets through thoughtful, consistent communication and proper use across all touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with global brand strategies and guidelines. Develop localized adaptations and executions that fit the China market while maintaining brand consistency.
