Key Responsibilities
• Lead the brand strategy and launch plan development
• Design and execute tactic plans for successful commercial launch, including but not limited to education/promotional activities, product awareness programs…..
• Ensure excellent execution of marketing tactics and implementation of marketing strategy
• Lead the KOL advocacy development, to build and maintain strong KOL engagement
• Control marketing budget, ensure spending right and 100% integrity
• Interface extensively with cross functional teams and external partners, specifically with medical affairs, market access and sales team (future) to ensure functional strategy alignment
• Act as launch readiness project manager to coordinate with cross function teams on launch preparation
• Contribute to other key brand initiatives and provide market sights, such marketing research, supply planning, pricing and access strategy
• Work on other regular items, such as forecast model development and annual update, monthly rolling forecast
• 12 year + central marketing working experience in big pharma, with new product launch and team leader experience.
• Good tactic execution experience and skills
• Logic and good analytic skill, strategic thinking
• Optimistic, problem solving and self-motivated
• A good team player with strong capability of cross-functional interaction
• Fluent English in written and spoken
• Ideally a healthcare or biology education background, MBA is preferred
• Experience in IBD or immunization disease area is preferred
