4、Check and ensure availability of spare parts, wear parts and tools at customers 负责备件工具在客户现场的可用性

5、 Visa and travel preparation for technicians (world wide) 负责工程师签证和差旅的准备（全球范围）

6、 Quotation and billing of the cross country service mission 负责跨国家的服务任务的报价，沟通及开票工作

7、Plan and schedule trainings together with TWS and Product Launch team 负责与TW及产品发布团队共同计划和安排培训

8、 Above tasks must be done for all Asian subsidiaries and Service Hub Asia 上述任务需在亚洲地区所有子公司及亚太服务中心全面执行

9、 Use of service information system(SIS) 负责在SIS系统维护相关服务数据

10、 SIS3 Key User for Service Hub Asia 负责亚太服务中心的SIS3的关键用户

11、 Carry out administrative tasks for Service hub Asia 执行亚太服务中心的行政工作

12、 Other tasks assigned by immediate manger 完成直接主管安排的其它任务

1、All kind technical engineer, industrial engineering, enterprises management, foreign trade, English (German) language

理工科，工业工程，企业管理，外贸，英语或德语专业

2、 At least 3 years working experiences in related function; 至少3年以上相关工作经验

3、Project Management is a plus 有项目管理经验者优先

4、Strong Problem-solving 解决问题的能力

5、 Customer-centric service mindset 以客户为中心的服务意识

6、 Structured working approach to coordinate multiple tasks
