职位描述

Main responsibilities:

 

* Employee Experience:

* Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment that supports employee experience, satisfaction, engagement and retention with Aesop culture

* Organize the sustainability initiatives and lead both office and retail teams for Volunteering and Charity activity and other community engagements

* Organize and host staff engagement activities, like brand meeting, Town Hall, team building to enhance employee morale and sense of belonging and manage budget of the activities, Set up catering for these activities including training and culture immersion workshop, etc in office

* Manage complimentary products benefits’ delivery for Aesop staff

* Improve the onboarding and new starters’ experience aligned to Aesop’s culture and approach, prepare welcome package to new staff

* Based on employee survey results to find solutions to improve the employee experience and satisfaction in the work environment

* Post group events on Yammer for employer branding in Aesop

* Make sure appropriate music is played at all time

* Make product donation efforts

* Ensure the general Aesop nature of the offices is maintained, meeting rooms can meet required Aesop standards with Aesop products

 

* Brand GM Assistance:

* Assist Brand General Manager in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements including flight, train and business vehicle reservation

* Guest hosting on behalf of GM (including gift management)

* Assist Brand General Manager for expense reimbursement

 

* Admin:

* Coordinate with service suppliers for cleaner, security, stationery and kitchen supplies, couriers etc and proceed payments. Keep a rolling inventory for the stock holdings in the office

* Ensure all physical aspects of the office are appropriately maintained, repaired and upgraded where applicable

 

Requirement:

* Bachelor degree

* High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

* Good collaboration and communication skills

* Well organized and attentive to details

* Solid EA experience gained in multinational companies

* Experience in organizing teambuilding and other internal events

* Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong growth mindset and learning agility
