In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
· Be familiar with clients and key stakeholders
· Build good relationship with your team
· Well understand brand, product lines and key campaigns
· Taken ownership and management of client accounts, including hands on implementation and optimization of Search and feeds campaigns.
· Formulate media strategies and tactical media plans that deliver on media objectives
In six months:
· Independently and efficiently communicate with the clients and internal teams, build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
· Take the leading role in performance proposal and strategic thinking.
· Consistently assure accuracy of daily work including campaign review, data analysis and output solid learnings.
In Twelve months:
· Achieve the clients’ annual KPIs effectively and efficiently.
· Build good relationship with the clients and gain the trust.
Responsibilities of the role:
As a team leader
· To provides team with leadership through holistic performance strategies, effective operation skills and industry insights.
· Lead team to create performance media tactics on traditional search engines/ social platforms, which are inclusive of Red, Douyin, WeChat, Baidu, etc.
· Manage internal workflow and team workload, oversee campaign execution and manage timeline to ensure all of media activities going smoothly.
· Plays a mentorship role to junior personnel (performance manager and specialist), train your team to improve SEM and programmatic knowledge, optimization, and analytics skills.
As a client leader
· To identify and understand clients’ priorities, concerns, challenges, drive business growing.
· Deliver performance strategies with insights, evaluate new performance media opportunities to evolve ad impact.
· Manage search/performance marketing budget, establish KPIs, measure and optimize performance of campaigns and tactics to assess effectiveness
· Build relationships with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams which are inclusive of strategic planning team and other functional teams.
What you’ll need:
Additional qualifications include:
· With experience on programmatic/social/E-commerce marketing
· Got Red/Bytedance/Tencent certification.
· Better to have experience in travel industry
· Fluent in English speaking
