 Maintain scientific and clinical knowledge in the specific therapeutic and disease areas

 Develop medical strategy for assigned products to maximize its value in disease areas

 Life cycle management from medical aspect

 Deliver medical strategy to MSL team and ensure to conduct together

 Hold AB meetings to get KOLs’ medical insights

 Develop and manage IITs to generate medical data

 Lead medical publication to add medical evidence

 Engage national KOLs

 Develop core educational slides based on medical strategy

 Hold national medical educational meetings to improve HCPs’ scientific awareness

 Provide medical trainings to MSLs

 Collaborate with clinical develop team

 Collaborate with commercial team

 Review promotion aids and related documents

 Prepare training materials of assigned products and provide related training

 Provide medical input and support to commercial team

 Provide medical input and support to other cross functional team, to ensure medical information accuracy

 Master Degree or above in medical or life science or immunology

 At least 5 years’ work experience in medical function and 2 years’ experience in central medical is preferred

 2 years’ work experience in hematology or oncology is preferred

 Able to work within matrix organization and provide leadership

 Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex scientific and medical information and data.

 Strong learning ability and good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills)
