职位描述

- Analyze brief to clarify expectation and or proposing better ways for achieving best results.

- Manage and lead team to resolving issues and delivering expectant results on time

- Manage communication with team and the client on artistic and technical deliberation.

- Establish and or improve production pipeline in coordination with other disciplines and the client where needed.

- Final sign-off on deliverables to meet expectant artistic and technical standards.

- Effective writer and speaker at briefing, critiquing, reporting and problem solving.

- Instilling best practices through mentoring and experience sharing with team and other disciplines where applicable.

- Advocating game-developer mind-set beyond mastery of artistic and technical subjects.

- Fostering positivity and team spirit for a fun and creative working environment.

- Identifying and nurturing new or sprouting talents, participating in recruitment, planning for team expansion and personnel career growth.

任职条件

- Excellent experience in one or more mainstream 3D packages (Blender, Maya, Zbrush, XGen, Substance Painter/Designer, …etc.) and in working with game engines.

- Strong aptitude for traditional visual and graphic arts to fortify directorial credibility.

- Highly organized individual with experience in managing teams of creative minds and effective at collaborating with other disciplines.

- Passionate about game development, excellent understanding of the creative process and exercises game sensibility when making artistic decisions.

- Persuasive leadership at enforcing directive and in steering the team to achieving expectant standards.

- Aligned with existing tech and methodologies, and quick at keeping up with emerging trends and technologies, e.g.: automation in production pipeline.

- Bachelor degree in Arts, Graphic Design and or related major preferred but outstanding portfolios and a proven industry record will also be considered.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience on various game styles including AAA titles across major platforms and a proven project completion record.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Artist, Lead Artist or Art Team Leader with a proven record of supervising a team to greater competency and efficiency.

- Good working knowledge in English is preferred.

- 对游戏开发热情,深刻的理解创作过程,并能在决策制定时训练游戏敏感度;

- 具有说服力的领导能力,能够执行指令并引导团队达到预期标准;

- 与已有的技术和方法同步,并能快速跟上新兴和技术,如:生产线自动化;

- 艺术、平面设计和/或相关专业的学士学位优先但优秀的作品集和经过验证的行业记录也将被考虑;

- 至少 5 年各种游戏风格的经验,包括跨主要平台的 AAA 游戏和经过验证的项目完成记录;

- 至少 3 年担任高级艺术家、首席艺术家或艺术团队负责人的经验,并具有监督团队以提高能力和效率的良好记录;

- 有良好的英语工作知识者优先。
