Job Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain machine learning models for classification, regression, or clustering tasks.

•Support GenAI or LLM-related projects (e.g., prompt engineering, document Q&A, RAG pipelines).

•Collaborate with product and data teams to understand business needs and design AI solutions.

•Prepare datasets, train models, and evaluate performance using best practices.

•Deploy AI models via APIs, cloud platforms, or internal systems.

•Lead digital transformation CIP projects in department

•Maintain running big data/ AI products and solutions

•Process owner of AI release

•Other tasks assigned by the manager.

•1–2 years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI application development.

•Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

•Exposure to LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) is a plus.

•Experience deploying models or services (e.g., with Docker, FastAPI, or cloud tools).

•English skill in written and oral
