In your new role you will:

1. Work on your own projects in the different areas of procurement and with our stakeholders.

2. You are actively involved in day-to-day business and projects, as well as benefiting from professional and individual guidance.

3. During your assignments, you’ll explore the competence center of procurement e.g.Back End Materials or Central Services with an international perspective, take responsibility for managing spend across a range of different categories and get involved with global projects.

4. The program is designed to prepare you for a position within Procurement at Infineon.

The International Graduate Program offers a structured yet flexible framework to develop your skills, gain diverse experiences, and build a robust international network. The key elements include:

- Rotational Assignments: Work across key areas of Procurement

- Global Exposure: Embark on an international assignment of 4-6 months at one of our sites in Asia and Europe. This will allow you to experience a different culture, expand your network, and deepen your understanding of our global operations.

- Mentoring and Training: Benefit from tailored training sessions and individual mentoring to accelerate your professional growth.

- Challenging Projects: Take ownership of impactful projects.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. You have a master’s degree in business studies, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a related field from a 985 university or ranked in the top QS

2. Practical experience in the areas of procurement, supply chain, logistics or semiconductor (i.e., through internships during your studies)

3. A methodological and analytical mindset and the ability to understand, summarize and present complex topics

4. Good self-organization, time management and coordination skills

5. Passion for innovation and change management

6. Ability to build strategic and long-lasting partnerships

7. Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills.

And you fully agree with these statements:
