CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…
To reinforce the program drive of AIRBUS in China a program management officer position is created in Tianjin. This position aims to support mainly ATDC management to ensure a robust forward looking, anticipative planning and execution of delivery operations under the considerations of optimizing cost efficiency and managing risk to achieve the strategic goals and continuously improve overall performance. The position serves as well the Single Aisle (SA) Program as the Wide Body (WB) Program.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Contribute to define and cascade program objectives, develop strategic roadmaps, and launch projects to streamline processes and drive operational excellence (performance, KPIs).
Overall management of programs, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively from initiation to completion.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for the program operations and project in China including the deliveries through proactive strategies and contingency planning
Track project activities and program performances, milestones, and deliverables to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to program management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze program and project metrics, and provide reports to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Promote best practices in program management and implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future performance.
Setup the link/connection with other DCs world wide to get Best practices sharing etc
Interface with BS/BL, Resource mgt, risk mgt, OE performance improvement
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: with Master degree, in Business Administration or Project Management major.
EXPERIENCE: _2-5 year experience in __Program/ Project Management_ domain are beneficial, but open to early career and freshly graduates.
CERTIFICATION: Certification in program or project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking,?
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Knowledge of google applications or similar office applications, knowledge of program management best practices and methodologies is a plus.
