Are you a good match?

You have bachelor or above degree, able to work 4-5 days per week for around 6 months.

You are a detail-oriented person with strong team spirit and good communication skills.

You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Power BI.

You have strong verbal and written English skills.

You may have SAP system related working experience.

What are we expecting from you?

As a core member of VCA Operation team, you will support various Operation duties. For task 1 about Supply Chain Management, you will support inventory management to optimize inventory turn. Closely working with retail and logistic function to be familiar with the operation mode and inventory management, you need to proactively anticipate the stock tension and communicate timely. For Task 2 about Allocation Optimization, you will assist to handle Back order/wish list allocation from local central warehouse to boutique. Follow up the Local logistic team to ensure timely delivery to client. For Task 3 about SAP Order Management, we expect you to make regulatory inspections, take corrective actions and provide notifications. Ordering creation or cancellation based on business requirement will also be one of your responsibilities.
