Relationship Management

·       Develop targeted media/KOL matrices aligned with brand tonality for project-based campaigns.

·       Cultivate media relationships to secure earned opportunities and maximize brand exposure.

·       Lead outreach and partnerships with fashion influencers, KOLs, and celebrities.

Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute PR activities/events per marketing calendar, overseeing agency deliverables to drive monthly/quarterly PR value.

Celebrity Management

• Collaborate with agencies on celebrity selection, service coordination, and daily communication to boost brand affinity and earned exposure.

Crisis Management

• Proactively identify PR risks, implement monitoring, and prepare contingency plans.
• Address emergent crises with rapid response plans, real-time舆论 monitoring, and post-crisis analysis to prevent recurrence.

-     Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in both written & oral English

-     Marketing, Communication, Advertising & PR or other related majors are preferred

-     At least 2-3 years of experience in brand communication and public relations, with experience in fashion industry preferred

-     Good strategic thinking and PR awareness, innovative ideas, and good at exploring and capturing communication opportunities

-     Strong interest and thinking in fashion/lifestyle/beauty, also in social networking platforms

-     Proactive in work, strong learning ability and service consciousness, good at communication and execution
