职位描述

Key contact window between SPT pillar with NSOP/FIN/SC team, Own SPT internal sales operation process, Set Omni channel VC guidance and tracking to ensure healthy channel value chain.What are we looking for?

1.Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Strong communication and tough conversation management ability

3. Above 5 years’ experience in sales operation, trade marketing experience, better to have the experience of demand management

4. Familiar with online each platform’s promotion and price setting rules.

5. Basic financial knowledge and experience in target allocation, budget management, contract and rebate managementWhat will be your key responsibilities?

1. Omni channel VC and tracing design and tracking

2. Omni channel SIP/Yee consolidation and input into PMR/DMR

3. Customer Contract and Authorization management

4. Omni channel TE Reimbursement rebate tracking and reimbursement

5. Omni channel education training, OVH management, meeting facilitate and sales execution supportWhat can you expect from Mars?
