职位描述

Position Summary:

All Quality related activities to release and manage suppliers and their products

Key Responsibility:

1. Providing input and taking part of sourcing strategy decision

2. New supplier introduction and Qualification

3. New product / component introduction

4. Execute Supplier Audits at new and existing suppliers

5. Supplier performance management and Quality reporting

6. Drive Continuous improvement at Suppliers

7. Component Center activities: Support projects with the release of components in EDOS 


任职条件

Qualification:

1. Degree in engineering or equivalent experience depending on the Region.

2. More than 6 years experience in quality systems and quality processes with AM OEM business. 

3. Process auditor VDA 6.3; Expert in complaint handling, improvement program definition, quality contract negotiation

4. More than 6 years experience in dealing with different material groups and supplier commodities

5. Professional knowledge:

- Quality tools and methods (green belt,. ..), 

- Knowledge and application audit process in accordance to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 

- Knowledge of product and market related regulations, norms and standards 

- Overall knowledge and understanding of product development and introduction process incl. understanding of matter, duties and responsibilities of involved departments and disciplines and their interaction

- Technical knowledge: Mechanical components (Chemicals, Gasses, Rare Earth, connecting material, Metals, Glas, Plastics, ..)

- Application of the respective methodology for audits such as ISO 9001, VDA 6.3

- Application of systematic methods for problem solving such as problem description, As-Is analysis, deduction & design of solutions.

7. Facilitating skills: Ability to manage conversations, interactions and workshops as a neutral party with the aim of making the communication as effective and as efficient as possible.

8. Conflict management skills: Application of systematic methods or measures to prevent escalation, expansion of a conflict or clearance of conflicts.

9. Presentation skills: Ability to communicate to an audience in an accurate, - convincing and authentic way and to be able to prepare and present the essential facts for a specific (presentation) occasion.

10. Communication skills: Ability to both obtain and pass on information and to express oneself clearly.  

11. Ability to understand the verbal and nonverbal signals of others and react appropriately.
