l Provide a whole set of SFE solutions to support business, from functional strategy design to daily operation efficiency.
l Provide proposals on sales force sizing, sales target and resource allocation, territory alignment and effective HCP visit call planning.
l Lead market potential analysis (territory/hospital level), customer profiling and segmentation to ensure the identification of the right customer with appropriate FTE allocation
l Develop incentive plans and establish monitoring system to ensure ICP is effective, fair and engaging.
l Lead the project of sales KPI identification.
l Establish proper SOP and conduct proper communication to ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple database.
l Manage the sales reporting system and the monthly/quarterly report. Conduct advanced analytics for commercial teams in support of strategy planning and resource allocation.
l Work closely with cross functional teams to develop new innovative business analytics platforms of interactive, live and visualized dashboards.
l Continuously improve process of appealing and meet the requirement of compliance.
l Build, coach and maintain a high performing team of quantitative and business-minded individuals that collectively distill business insights from commercial data sources.
l Supports other projects as assigned.
l Bachelor’s degree at least; MBA is a plus
l Minimum 10 years SFE experience in the healthcare sector
l Strong expertise in handling and analyzing various data types; commercial business intelligence creation experience required
l Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
l Team leadership experience, strong cross-functional collaborations.
l Proficiency in MS application and computer skills
l Fluent in written and oral English
