Roles and Responsibilities:
•Manager HR Operation services including but not limited to employment relations, contract management, expat employee compliance, review social insurance benefit and employee movement, vendor management etc. of Shanghai office
•Lead On boarding process for China Central for all type of employees.
•Review Shared service center service quality and identity necessary process improvement
•Provide support in various types of Employee Relation cases including documentation
•Align with other markets about working processes for legal compliance and operational efficiency
•Handle government inspection, audit, flexible working arrangement
•Lead/implement various people initiatives in China Central i.e., D&I culture network, Town Hall Meetings, People Survey, etc.;
•Provide HR advisory support to the service lines as an HR BP.
•Assist with other task and Greater China Talent project as needed
Requirements
•Obtained Bachelor’s degree or above from recognized universities;
•Minimum 2 years of HR working experience in sizable MNCs in China
•Solid experience of overall HR operation with good knowledge of labor laws, regulations and practices
•Well organized, efficient and is able to pay attention to the details
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English;
•Problem solver and good at handling work pressure;
•Able to learn and master different roles and job natures
•Good command of PC skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
•With previous experience in HR infrastructure or project management would be a plus
