The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager adapts and deploys the Maison L&D strategy and vision at China market level making sure L&D culture is understood and implemented at all levels.
He/She has ownership within the Human Resources team on all L&D topics while working collaboratively with Retail Training. He/She is fully in charge of office L&D programs
Responsibilities:
L&D plan and report
Define China L&D plan, roadmap & budget, consistent with Maison’s L&D strategy
Pool all local initiatives from Richemont or Training and assess relevance for Maison L&D portfolio. Link with competency model as a rule.
Collaborate with L&D community in APAC region and be the Maison’s L&D ambassador toward all teams
Collaborate with L&D APAC to consolidate data and perform data analysis, track all trainings & participants (inc. onboarding)
Participate in implementing the Maison onboarding strategy (inc. integration day…)
Keep monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of training and other learning activities, and to collect, analyze feedbacks and sum up on improvement
L&D program development and delivery
Challenge / co-design contents for Office teams. Review & proofread HQ L&D contents. Adapt to local culture if necessary. As an exception develop specific training contents
Deliver trainings when appropriate (in particular Feedback, Competency Model) & Identify and assess appropriate external resources
Work collaboratively with retail training to deliver the most appropriate trainings to the retail population around the competencies model
Advocate for greater use of VCA Learning Tools, ie BloomwithVCA, Once Upon A Time, for office population
Collaborate with L&D APAC, deliver creative and innovative learning interventions to build excellent learning experience
Be in charge of L&D related projects / digital tools development and implementation
Office team development plan
Be responsible for the My Performance Journey- development part tools training to new team members
Work together with HRBP on individual development plans analysis & follow up
Collaborate with HRBP to facilitate and animate the talent assessment & discussion within the organization, and follow up the specific talent development plan
Requirement:
Bilingual both English and Chinese
Good presentation and facilitation skills
Strong in MS office software
Relevant L&D experience under HR functions
