The Product-Level Systems Engineer (ECU Focus) is responsible for requirement engineering, design, integration of automotive thermal management products, including HVAC blowers, ECF, and EWP. The System Engineering is to understand the product requirement of the customers and translates them into requirements for the other functional disciplines (e.g. Hardware, Software, ECU system etc.) for implementation. In the RFI/RFQ stage, the System Engineer takes the lead in providing the technical proposals of the product to the customers. In the product development stage, the System Engineer ensures and validates that the product meets the customers’ expectations.
•Jointly conduct requirement engineering together up-level system engineering team.
•Understanding of customer needs to define and develop system architecture(ECU) for thermal management products
•Support Business Development in acquisition activities (RFI, RFQ) and lead technical reviews and ensure requirement traceability and consistency
•Translate customer needs into measurable product level requirements, decompose product-level requirements into ECU-level specifications, covering system, hardware, and software aspects, document them, and make for execute the verification and validation
•Develop and maintain technical project plans, including work packages, milestones, and deliverables; align with internal and external stakeholders
•Act as the technical interface to customer & supplier and internal cross-functional teams (system, HW, SW), lead cross functional design reviews in system requirements, design concepts and system level DFMEA for the product
•Support project teams in product quality related issues as well as industrialization technical issue and problem solving
•Ensure product compliance following Bosch BBM Compass, BES standards and quality procedure
