•Closely cooperate w/ localization team, including Bosch Germany, Bosch oversea plants and UAES team. Act as the UAES window person to Bosch.

•Lead localization project in UAES internal. Work w/ manufacturing, purchasing, R&D, etc. team. Push the project progress, organize meetings, escalation.

•Get requirements from Bosch PJM, distribute to UAES internally, track the progress, and feedback status to localization team timely.

•Participate localization project meetings, lead or attend special case discussion.

•Collect requirements from UAES team, discuss and get alignment w/ localization team.

•On site support COEM customers in China for COEM oversea business PJM topics.

•On site support COEM customers in China for COEM oversea business new acquisition topics.

•Bachelor's degree or above in mechanic or electronic

•with 5+ years' experience in automotive industry, including 3+ years in COEM PJM or Sales

•Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in design and application

•Use the results orientation as the basement for target management, set the prioritization, drive the changes to ensure the results

•Conflict management to solve " problems" e.g. w/ UAES/BOSCH/COEM. Shows positive empathy and emotional intelligence.

•Connection with new people, networking at UAES/BOSCH/COEM. Lateral thinking and change of perspective

•Solving of problems within UAES/ Bosch/COEM organization

•Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills is a plus
