• Perform a broad range of molecular, biochemical, cellular assays to support oncology/ Immune-Oncology, cancer vaccine research and early discovery projects
• Design and execute experiments under supervision of senior managers.
• Assist to manage quality lab operation and follow discipline guidelines
• Communicate with CROs, track and oversight experiments in CROs.
• Maintain precise experimental records and lab notes.
• Analyze data and organize results into a finished format for presentation
• Present experimental results to the teams
• Supports other projects as assigned

Education:

• Master or PhD degree in the field of cancer biology, molecular, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, immune-oncology, cancer vaccine or other related oncology disciplines

Key Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of Master degree or minimum of 2 years of PhD degree of relevant experience in pre-clinical drug discovery industry with track of record is required.
• Experienced in the industrial vaccine discovery and be familiar with the associated experiments are preferred.
• Skillful in biochemical, cellular/ functional and phenotypic assay techniques such as cell culture, western blot, FACS, ELISA, protein chemistry, high-content analysis, confocal microscope, biomarker analysis, ELISpot analysis, PBMC handling etc. with demonstrated capability of assay development and trouble-shootings. Capable of finding solutions from literature review is required.
