Job Summary
This role sits within the marketing team, collaborating cross-functionally with brand, tech, data, legal, and e-commerce teams. You will balance global brand consistency with local relevance. The scope includes owned (e.g., packaging, official social account) and earned (e.g., social campaigns) touchpoints, with a focus on scaling AI-driven content to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and long-term brand building. Success will be measured by improved content efficiency, consumer engagement, and alignment with brand KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
•End-to-End Brand Experience Design & Execution
Lead the design and delivery of cohesive brand experiences across touchpoints, including packaging design, brand campaign experiences, and e-commerce content.
Translate consumer insights into actionable, business-focused design solutions, ensuring a consistent, consumer-centric approach.
Apply hands-on visual design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite) to refine and finalize creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
•AIGC Integration & Optimization
Collaborate with tech and data teams to train, integrate, and optimize AI tools into the CXM creative tech stack.
Develop modular, scalable content templates across formats (visual, copy, video) and channels (social, e-commerce, offline).
Build and refine prompt libraries to improve AI output quality, ensuring consistency and scalability of results.
Stay ahead of AIGC trends, evaluate emerging tools, and rapidly adapt them to enhance creative efficiency.
•Quality Control & Brand Governance
Ensure all AI-generated and designed content adheres to CXM’s brand guidelines, visual language, and tone.
Partner with brand and legal teams to validate content originality, secure copyright clearance, and mitigate risks.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field major preferred
•
Experience: 5+ years in brand experience design, content strategy, or AI-driven creative roles, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods. Prior experience with AIGC tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) is required.
•
Technical Skills:Proficiency in visual design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and content scalability frameworks.

Soft Skills:Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities. Keen eye for brand consistency and design quality. Ability to translate consumer insights and business goals into creative solutions.
