• Leads effort to recruit and hire MSLs within the TA
• Plans and manages team budget
• Manages team members’ performance and development.
• Be responsible for coaching team members.
• Be accountable for the quality of scientific and medical knowledge of MSLs within TA
• Effectively collaboration with Cross-Functional Partners.
• Provide strategic inputs to portfolio of Everest products and relative disease states and the medial department development
• Lead the cross-functional projects with expertise and experience
• Master’s degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine relevant, MD, PhD preferred
• At least 5 years medical affairs experience, 1 years MSL people management experience
• Proven ability to focus on customer
• Proven leadership ability with strategic mindset
• Proven ability to build and lead an effective team
• Proven ability to build productive work relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong coaching skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English in literature reading
• Ability to travel
