RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS

· Closely work with internal and external partners to support online sales operations

· Assist to audit the assets of Tmall flagship, include media materials, product page, products detail translation check, consumer communication contents. etc

· Assist to manage/control products deliveries in e-commerce warehouse to ensure deliveries, and assist to responsible for EC channels inventory management

· Assist to responsible for payment general process and EC top up with finance and operation teams

DATA ANALYSIS

· Assist to study online business insight and trend, provide solid supports for Tmall business opportunities

E-COMMERCE COMMUNICATION EFFICIENCY PROJECT

· Assist to provide communication optimization based on ROI performances to improve click rate and conversion rate

· Bilingual Chinese & English

· Proficiency on Excel

· At least 3-4 working days per week
