职位描述:

作为品牌专业手表销售大使,您将代表品牌卓越的制表工艺与珠宝艺术,为尊贵客户提供专业咨询与卓越服务。您将与店经理紧密合作,以达成销售目标并提升品牌形象为核心,执行精品店日常运营及销售工作.


专业销售大使的核心职责:


专业销售与客户关系管理:


1. 作为品牌制表艺术专家,达成个人销售目标并优化作品组合销售结构。

2. 精通品牌腕表专业知识,包括且不限于:

 - 复杂机芯结构与功能原理

 - 贵金属材质特性与鉴别

 - 品牌历史传承与制表工艺

3. 具备行业专业视野:

 - 了解主流腕表品牌的核心系列与技术特点

 - 了解高端腕表市场趋势与收藏动态

 - 熟悉复杂功能腕表的技术差异

4. 以专业顾问身份为客户提供个性化购买建议,建立长期信任关系。


卓越服务标准:


1.    以身作则体现品牌精神,保持符合品牌定位的专业形象与行为举止。

2.    深度理解品牌文化内涵,能够生动讲述品牌故事与作品精髓。

3.    执行品牌服务标准,创造难忘的客户体验。


精品店运营管理:


1. 严格执行作品安全管理流程,确保库存准确性。

2. 维护精品店环境与作品陈列的专业呈现。

3. 参与日常运营工作,包括盘点、售后及装修监督等。

任职要求:

1. 5年以上高端腕表品牌销售经验,突出的高端腕表销售业绩,具备复杂功能腕表专业知识者优先

2. 持有钟表相关认证(如FHH等)优先

3. 优秀的客户关系管理能力,具备VIP个性化客户服务经验

4. 出色的个人形象与专业气质

5. 强烈的成就导向与专业的销售技巧

6. 大专及以上学历


JOB DESCRIPTION 

Position: Watch Expert 

Role Overview: 

As a Brand Sales Ambassador and Watch Expert, you will represent our prestigious watchmaking heritage and jewelry artistry, providing expert consultation and exceptional service to discerning clients. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will drive sales performance and elevate brand image through daily boutique operations and client engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Professional Sales & Client Relationship Management: 

1. Serve as a brand ambassador for fine watchmaking, achieving individual sales targets while optimizing product mix. 

2. Demonstrate mastery of horological expertise, including but not limited to: 

 - Complex movement architecture and functional mechanisms 

 - Noble metal characteristics and authentication 

 - Brand heritage and watchmaking craftsmanship 

3. Maintain professional industry perspective: 

 - In-depth knowledge of core collections and technical distinctions among leading watch brands 

 - Understanding of haute horlogerie market trends and collecting dynamics 

 - Expertise in comparing complications and technical innovations 

4. Provide personalized advisory services as a trusted expert, cultivating long-term client relationships. 

Service Excellence: 

1. Embody brand values through impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct. 

2. Articulate brand philosophy with compelling storytelling about creations and craftsmanship. 

3. Deliver unforgettable client experiences through strict adherence to service protocols. 

Boutique Operations: 

1. Enforce strict security procedures for merchandise handling and inventory accuracy. 

2. Maintain impeccable boutique environment and product displays. 

3. Participate in operational duties including stocktaking, after-sales service, and boutique maintenance. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

1. Minimum 5 years' sales experience in high-end watch brands, outstanding high watch sales performance, with technical knowledge of complicated watches preferred 

2. Watchmaking certifications (e.g., FHH EXPERT) considered a strong asset 

3. Exceptional clienteling skills with proven VIP relationship management experience 

4. Polished personal presentation with innate luxury sensibility 

5. Strong achievement orientation with professional sales mastery 

6. Education background: College or above
